CONTACT
1) Can I contact ITC on the telephone?

ITC Cars Limited does not currently handle business or inquiries by telephone. (International time differences play a large role in this decision.) Every member must send emails for communication with ITC. We ask that you use as much detail as possible in any inquiry, and refer to invoice numbers and stock numbers where applicable. In case of urgency, please write "Urgent" followed by stock number on the subject line of your email and we will respond as soon as possible.


2) I have not received an email reply from you!

Usually you will hear from us within 24 hours during the business week and within 48 hours on weekends. However, if there is an additional delay, please feel free to email us again. Please remember that we are all working on different time zones and that these time differences are usually the reason for delays.


3) How can I access the website?

DOCUMENTS
1) How do I get original documents?

Original documents will be sent via FedEx within 10 working days after shipments and a receipt of final payment.


2) More about Original Documents

If you have paid in full please keep in touch with us and email us at least once and let us know your full name, port, stock # and your payment information. Once you receive an email from us saying, "your payment has been received" then you only have to wait for your shipping date and vehicle. Original documents will be sent via FedEx within 15 working days after we confirm final payment.

INVOICE
1) How to get pro-forma invoice?

1. Click on stock ID 2. Just on the Top of the pictures click on Order now 3. Choose C & F or CIF and proceed to checkout and place the order. Under ?Thank you? message click for pro-forma. Please email us in case of any difficulty.


2) How do I change my name on pro-forma?

1. Before you order: i. Logon ii. Click on ?My Account? on top iii. Click on ?Edit my Address? iv. Change the name and submit. Now you can search your vehicle and order. 2. After you order a vehicle i. Logon ii. Click on ?My Account? on top. iii. Click on ?Edit my address? iv. Make necessary changes and submit v. Click on ?View my order? and on the right side of each order you will find pro-forma invoice Click on pro-forma of your order and print.


3) Why do I need pro-forma?

Pro-forma invoice is required by your bank to transfer funds to Japan. Please do not loose your pro-forma.


4) Does my bank need a copy of Pro-forma invoice?

Yes!


ORDER
1) Can I have an Extra Key for my car

No,we do not duplicate the key.


2) Can I cancel Order?

Order cannot be cancelled in any case.


3) Can order I twice?

Yes! You can order twice


4) Can I see my previous order?

Please email us your order #.


5) Can I add more vehicles to old order?

No! It is not possible. Order again.


6) How can I see my order history?

Click on ?My account? and ?View my orders? and click your order # to see status.


OTHER
1) How can I get an Invitation letter?

We must require a buying history of 10-15 vehicles or $50,000 deposit and a detailed discretion of what you want to buy before we send you Invitation letters.


2) Claims

ITC accepts the any kind of claims within 7 days of arrival at the port of discharge.


3) Claims

Please keep in mind that all vehicles are used. Approximately $500 is required to make it extra perfect with your requirements, it might be cleaning or washing the car or might be buying new tires


4) My odometer reading is wrong!

Odometer information may not be correct. Though ITC Cars check very carefully human errors may be there such as typographical errors etc.


5) Can I see more photos?

All the available photos are posted on the website and no more photos will be provided.


6) I did not find the vehicle that I like to import!

Please keep visiting our site and let us know your list of vehicle’s name, make, model, and price range.


7) I cannot access the site.

It could be a password problem; please check your password and enter it properly. If you forgot your password, use ?Forgot Password? part at login and submit, your password will be emailed to you within five minutes. If the problem still persists please apply for membership with a different email ID and notify us by email.


8) I dont want to be the member,please remove me.

Please email us and also supply us your Client ID.


9) How do I become a member of ITC Cars?

By signing up with us using ?New Member signup? on the homepage.


10) How to Access MY ACCOUNTS

11) invitation Letter for visiting Japan

To issue you invitation for visiting Japan, We require at least 1 year business history or US$ 50,000 deposit in advance by wire transfer , 30 days prior to issue you invitation letter.

Go to www.itccars.com?s homepage and click on login and then click on ?Forgot your password?


4) I failed to access

It may be due to many reasons such as invalid password or rejected password. Please keep in mind while entering your password that not to enter special characters such as period, comma, space etc., and also check if you pressed ?Caps Lock? button as passwords are case sensitive. If you still experience the problem send us an email and a representative will assist you.


5) How do I change my password?

Go to homepage and click on ?My Account? then click on ?Edit My Address? on ?My Menu? located on left hand side of the website. Now enter your new password.


6) Can I choose my password?

Yes! Go to homepage and click on 'My Account' then click on 'Edit My Address' on 'My Menu' located on left hand side of the website. Now enter your new password.


7) Can I apply twice?

No! You cannot apply twice with one email id, but if you find difficulties with existing email id then you can apply for membership with another email id.


8) Can I change my email ID?

No! You cannot change your email id, but you can re-apply for membership with another email ID.


PAYMENT
1) I have sent money but the vehicle has been sold?

There must be a duplicate order/payment.


2) I paid the money but the vehicle has already been sold!

In this case normally we give $100 discount if client chooses another vehicle or we refund the full amount to the user and bank charge will be deducted.


3) I paid for my vehicle but my vehicle has not been sent!

We require payments 6 days before shipping date, if we receive payments late, goods will be ship in next shipment.


4) How much do I have to pay initially or an advance?

1.$1000 per vehicle. 2.Shipment starts after receiving 50% of the total amount.


5) I sent the 50% amount for a vehicle what should I do next?

If you pay 50% the vehicle will be allotted to you and you should pay the remaining 50% of the amount within a week after the vehicle arrives at your port, once we have received your final balance amount, we will let you know the amount we have received and your order status, and documents will be sent to you by courier within 10 working days from the date of shipment.


6) ii. I sent the full amount for a vehicle what should I do next?

If you paid 100% of the amount, the vehicle will be allotted to you and we will let you know the order status. Documents will be sent to you by courier within 10 working days from the date of shipment.


7) How to pay?

You can pay us by transferring money from a bank. You can find the details about payment by bank on our website. These details are also stated on our pro-forma, before sending us funds please visit our website and check if your stock # is still available, if your stock # is not found on the website it means that the vehicle has been sold.


8) How much I have to pay for my order/invoice?

50% or 100% in advance.


9) What are payment terms?

50% in advance and the balance 50% must be paid within one week after the arrival of the vehicle at your port or pay 100% (Full) in advance.


10) Can I pay little less than 50%?

We accept a deposit of 1000 US dollars for each vehicle, however vehicle will be shipped to you after we receive at least 50% of the total amount. The $1000 deposit will help you to reserve the vehicle.


11) Do you accept partial payments?

We accept payments of $1000 US dollars per month, however vehicle will be shipped after we receive the full amount.


12) Can I Pay in installments?

We accept payments of US$1000 per month, however vehicle will be shipped after we receive 50% of payments.


13) I have sent the payments, will I receive payment notification?

We will email you once we receive funds from you. If you do not hear from us within one week please let us know and also check with your bank for transfer status.


14) How do I know if ITC received the payments?

By email.


15) Are there any bank Charges?

Please add 25 US dollars towards bank charges for each transfer/ remittance.


16) Do we accept L.C (Letter of Credit) ?

We do accept LC however from Asia we only accept Letter of Credit Issued from UK, American or Japanese banks.local bank LC not acceptable by our banking systems.


17) What is the intermediary bank of MIZUHO bank?

The intermediary bank of MIZUHO BANK is JPMORGAN CHASE BANK. Swift: CHASUS33.

FOB Price does not include Shipping freight and Insurance charges


3) More about FOB

All domestic arrangements, custom clearance, transportation to the port, documentation, FedEx Charges are included in our FOB price. Shipping freight is payable at the port of discharge.


4) What is C & F?

C & F Price Includes the Vehicle Price + Shipping freight to the port of your country


5) What is CIF?

CIF Price Includes the Vehicle Price + Shipping freight + Insurance Cost


6) (How) can I offer a price?

Yes! We accept offers too; offer price is applicable to car price only and other charges, such as freight, shipping, insurance, all applicable taxes etc., are to born by the client. Please send us your offer by email with all your details such as your full name, client id, stock #, country and, port etc. Offer not acceptable if vehicle already discounted.


7) How to view C&F or CIF Prices.

How to view C&F or CIF Prices. Please visit www.itccars.com. Click on PRICES, icon available , left navigation Bar. Choose Country , Port & trade Method AND submit. Select Make & model & submit. C&F or CIF prices available to view.

We provide seasonal sales almost every 3 months. Big discount sale available in DEC. each year for Xmas & new year.


SHIPPING
1) Shipment Status

We will let you know the BL number once the vehicle has been shipped. The reception of the BL number confirms that your vehicle has been shipped.


2) Documents & FedEx after Shipment

Documents will be sent after receiving the full payment. If we do not receive the full amount after the vehicle arrives at your port, your order and membership will be cancelled immediately and no refunds will be made.


3) Shipping date is not found on the website!

Shipping dates are not sent by shipping company or ships are not available, ITC will let you the exact shipping date


4) Vehicle not shipped despite paying in full!

Ship is not available for your port at this moment or space is tight in the ship.


5) Shipping date is not shown

If shipping date is not shown on your pro-forma or on shipping schedule section, it means that the shipping company does not inform us the shipping date. Shipping date will be added when announced.


6) Shipping date is not found on invoice

Following could be the reasons if shipping date is not found 1. Shipping dates are not yet announced by shipping company. 2. No ship is available at this time to you port. Please email us to server you better.


7) Shipping date is not confirmed.

We will confirm the shipping date when shipping company informs us the shipping dates for your port.


8) Container Shipment to Port Libreville / Owendo, Gabon.

20 feet container: BASE $3,800.- BAF $270.- CSF $6.- plus JPY11,000.- 40 feet container: BASE $7,600.- BAF $540.- CSF $6.- plus JPY16,500.- Shipping Schedule: from Nagoya. 1 ship per week (every WED.) ~50 days to Gabon.
